I love cake! I love visiting cafes and having a good coffee teamed with a yummy cake. I also love cooking... (only when I am not too busy). I enjoy holidays because I can try out new recipes or those that take a little more time to make up. Tonight I whipped up a batch of cupcakes in readiness for work tomorrow.
